  1. Install Plash (free, open source) from the App Store
  2. Click the Plash menu bar icon → Add Website
  3. Enter bitday.me — done

1. Set up your OS

Each one keeps the wallpaper in step with your clock

macOS
  1. Download the native dynamic wallpaper (.heic)
  2. Open System Settings → Wallpaper and add it
  3. macOS shifts it through the day by itself

  2. Windows will warn it's unsigned — choose More info → Run anyway
  3. Grab the images below, then map them to times in its tray Settings
